Blush Salon Courtesies & Policies:

Cancellation Policy: We honor a 48 hour cancellation policy on all services. In the event that you cannot cancel within the 48 hours of your appointment we reserve the right to bill you for 50% of all scheduled services. We understand and respect your busy schedule and we work hard to personalize each of our appointments.

When to arrive: Please arrive 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment to check in at the front desk. This allows time to fill out any necessary paperwork for your service. We want you to get the most out of your time with us.

Late arrival guest policy: If you are running late for your appointment, your allotted time for the service will be shortened accordingly with no fee adjustment. You may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late guest arrival may inconvenience the stylist's next guest.

Appointments: Appointments are scheduled based upon estimated time for the salon service. We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure you receive the day and time of your choice.

Satisfaction guarantee!: If for any reason we fail to meet your expectations with any of our salon services please let us know within 48 hours of your service/s. Our policy is to get you in ASAP with any of our stylist to make any adjustments necessary. If there is something that can be done during the service please let us know. We will be more than happy to adjust to your comfort level.‚Äč

Appointments for Corrective Color: Services designated as Corrective Color require the minimum charge to be paid prior to an appointment being scheduled. We do offer a Complimentary Consultation with a stylist to help determine a plan to give you your desired look.

Scheduled appointment policy: We reserve the right to move/change/cancel any and all appointments made. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible if any changes are made.

Confirmation calls, texts and emails: We try very hard to confirm each and every appointment, however, confirmation calls, texts and emails are not guaranteed. If you do not receive a call, text or email one day before your appointment, please call us to confirm your appointment time.

Guests, family and children: Guests and family are welcome in our reception area in consideration of our guests and staff. Visitors, family and children are allowed on the styling floor while receiving services. For the safety of your children and the comfort and consideration of all salon guests, we do not permit children under the age of 10 to have services done without being accompanied by an adult.

Peace and quiet: We wish to provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for our guest. Please turn off the sound on all cell phones and devices.

Prices and payment types: Prices for services and products are subject to change on our website and menu without advance notification. We accept Cash, Checks Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover with the proper identification. $35 will be charged for any returned checks. Any refunds will be for salon credit only.

Gratuities: Tipping is based upon your discretion; it is not included in the service price.

Lost items: We regretfully cannot be responsible for any loss, theft of or accidental damage to your personal belongings.

Product returns: If you are not completely satisfied with the product that you purchased, feel free to bring it back. We will exchange it with a different product that will better suit your needs or issue you a salon credit that can be used at your next appointment.

PRO Tools: ALL SALES ARE FINAL for any pro tools (includes: any brushes, combs, and hot tools).
